Who is responsible
The company named in the imprint is responsible for processing personal data on this website and in the pod service.
What we process, and why
To run a pod session we process your email address, session times and billing amounts — this is required to provide the service and to issue the legally required invoice. If you create an optional account, your email also identifies your loyalty balance, reward codes and invoices.
Payments
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., a certified European payment provider. Your card data goes to Mollie directly and never touches our servers; we store only a payment reference and a generic method name.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies: one that keeps your pod session alive and, if you sign in, one that keeps you signed in to your account. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Emails
We send emails only when you ask for them: sign-in links, invoices you request, and reward codes you have earned.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and export your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us through the address in the imprint and we will take care of it.
